The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was voted by the European Parliament in 2018. This is a regulation adopted by the European Parliament which strengthens the protection of individuals with regard to personal data within the European Union. Numistral fully complies with these regulations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, modify and to erase you personnal datas. All you need to do is email us at dpo@bnu.fr. You can also object to the processing of your data and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the CNIL). What is your data used for?
A contact form is available to you in order for us to answer your questions and register your queries.
To this end, we need to collect the following data:
Your first and last names, to personalise our response and to look for any recent queries lodged under the same name.
Your email address, to send you our reply.
Your telephone number (optional), if you wish to be contacted by telephone.
Who has access to your data?
Only the agents assigned to the maintenance of the Numistral platform have access to your data. We do not pass on or share this data with any third party organisation.

Our audience measurement tool: Xiti
In order to optimise our services and improve Numistral, an audience measurement tool is used. Because we care about the protection of your personal data, we have chosen Xiti (AT Internet) which is a tool validated and recommended by the CNIL (for more information on the CNIL recommendations). The data we collect is only used to improve our platform and to respond efficiently to your queries
